What are the payment options?

We accept the following payment options:
Paypal
Sezzle (buy now, pay later)
All major credit cards

What is your return policy?

We accept returns if notified within 2 days of delivery.  Item(s) should be sent back to us within 5 days of delivery.  Requests after this point will be denied.  Returns will be subject to $10 restock fee.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
-Damaged, worn or Used items.
-Larger orders (5 or more pillow covers) are eligible for store credit only.*

*Larger orders are time and resource intensive and have historically slowed down overall ship times for all customers.  We gladly accept larger orders, however we will only provide store credit for full or partial returns on orders of 5 or more covers.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

****We do not give refund on design services.  Please refer to your contract.

How Long will Shipping take?

We understand how excited you are to receive your items, which is why we will ship your item out USPS priority mail within 48 hours of payment.  Once item has shipped you should receive your item within 5 business days.  While transportation delays through the postal system is out of our control, should you have an issue we will do everything within our control to help locate and/or resolve your shipping concerns.
